## Statement

Lisa Brackelmanns, Steff Padilla and Gabrielle Shapiro who are said to be commissioners at 201 Centre Plaza Monterey Park California. These commissioners did not disclose their roles at any time, there was no stipulation disclosed and the matters have been contested from the start for lack of stated cause, forgery of a judges signature, impersonation of local court proceeding and aiding and abetting kidnapping and theft of property and personal possessions.
