## Statement

Officer Jader badge number 470 followed my vehicle for miles on september 02 2023. until he saw me at caseys general store and pulled in to have a "conversation with me". long story short, he said my eyes were glossy so he wanted to do a fst. i complied due to my CDL license. He made multiple procedural errors. including writing a completely different description of my clothes and other obvious mistakes. He felt schadenfreude as soon as he was able to get his "pbt" to read .143 , threw me in his squad car, laughed and said ,'I got ya good didnt I," i am still going to court for this as i do not feel any justice can be served from the unscrupulous tactics.
