## Statement

The date itself is inconsequential because it ranges from 2023 to current.

Prosecuting Atty Gray, LaChrisha has epically failed in her duties, even AFTER admitting she had already reviewed the BodyCam Footage from the day Chance Edmiston died, and AFTER receiving additional information and evidence from Lora Edmiston in 2025 and 2026, to prosecute Henry County Sheriff's Office staff/officer/officers involved in the disposing of, falsifying, contaminating, tampering with and manipulating of reports and evidence, including the cleaning and/or swapping of the “supposed weapons evidence,” in Chance Edmiston’s case, for all crimes committed, to the full extent of the law including but not limited to, all felonies.

Prosecuting Atty Gray, LaChrisha has epically failed in her duties to prosecute Henry County EMERGENCY 911 CENTER for purposefully delaying emergency medical care to Chance Edmiston, which assisted in the delay in Chance Edmiston receiving care, by a minimum of FOUR MINUTES and therefore, assisted in ultimately causing Chance Edmiston's death.
