## Statement

This officer was not on duty on this day he put the wrong date on the ticket he also initially said that I did not stop at the stop sign and nothing about speeding I was not speeding on 12/26 because on 12/25 was the date that officer Phillip Fender stopped me . Have submitted screenshot of the text messages from my phone after my test drive on the 25 th of December 2025.
