## Statement

comments “typical” under a news report about a black man being arrested. The duties and responsibilities of an officer are solidified by their oath. This statement is hurtful and makes me feel like a lot of white officers in Memphis have this conduct towards black people. Why are we made to feel less than in a city where most of us work so hard day in and day out?
