## Statement

The above named officer threatened me on this day that I could go to prison. She kept trying to push a narrative that did not happen, she bullied me and harassed me. This has caused me to have a huge amount of stress and anxiety. I even quit my job because it was in the same building that she would work in as school resource officer in the Modoc Middle School building located at 906 West 4th Street, Alturas CA 96101. She walked into my office down the hall. She also got the code to my door in January 2025 from the chief of police at that time Marc Muller (chief Marc Muller was recently fired for misconduct), she went into my home without my permission, which is a violation of my rights.
