On or about November 26, 2025, a YouTube Channel known as **"**[**D Smith, my grandkids call me Popeye**](https://www.youtube.com/@donniesmithjr.777)**"** posted a [video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dl9dumHKR4g) of **Aaron Dillman** and an unknown officer that portrays the officer's inability/refusal to recall the **Five Freedoms** protected by the [1st Amendment](https://constitutioncenter.org/the-constitution/amendments/amendment-i) of the U.S. Constitution\[[freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, and the right to petition the government](https://constitutioncenter.org/the-constitution/amendments/amendment-i).\], of which the officers sworn an oath to defend.
