Lance Arnold is very unethical; He is committing official Misconduct. His wife who goes by Raeann Arnold, is using a False/stolen identity, her real name is Sandra Mayfield (Galloway). He is lying to the community he serves; he is a Conflict of Interest and is Abusing his use of Authority. He is committing Misrepresentation by knowingly concealing AND misleading the public or his department about his spouse’s status, this may constitute official misconduct and a violation of ethical standards expected of law enforcement leadership. Why is Lance Arnold.
