## Statement

During trial Adam dyment testified that he began pursuit at horse show bend road and then later stated he began pursuit at Centerville hyway. These roads are about five miles apart. He stated the chase was several miles then later about a mile and a half. He stated he knew the driver was suspended and then that he called dispatch to check the drivers status. He didn't identify the driver. Could not see the vehicle because of dust cloud and arrested the alleged driver after never actually seeing him drive or in the vehicle. He stated he was a mile behind and never caught the vehicle on radar. Arrested and convicted the alleged driver with profiling, assumptions and lies. The trial was in supreme Court July 23rd 2025 in Klickitat county. I have a copy of his testimony and will provide it soon.
