## Statement

I was targeted for being a black man eating at the predominantly white restaurant, in violation of title 42 United States Code Sections 1981, 1983, 2000a, 2000a-1, 2000a2-2, and title 18 USC 241 and 242. I was seized with reasonable and or articulable suspicion or without probable cause. The judge Cynthia Yee-Wallace from the fourth judicial district court determined that the officers violated my rights under, USA V. JONATHAN ANDERSON, No. 20-50345 (9th Cir. 2024) United States v.
