## Statement

District attorney moving forward solely for retaliation, proof he is unable to do his job without bias and prejudice. Officer is on Brady list Micheal Dodd and doesn’t have a valid oath of office or bond therefore officer is not a officer. Officer failed to show up for court for trail case should have been dismissed, was continued. Posted ad in paper no contract, case til continued and now failure to appear. You can not force a contract, there no injured party, to create a controversy and profit is unjust indictment. The Sherman act was put in place to stop monopolies like Gaston county. Micheal reason for stop was windshield wipers on without lights, this is unreal the corruption here. This is a major violation of public safety. Sos surviving Gaston county from public corruption. Does anyone care ?
