## Statement

I have notified the City of Vicksburg of an officer using crack cocaine on my private property while under color of law and directing me, while holstering a weapon, under the influence. I have made the request for bodycam footage which is listed as key evidence in the officers report. The Legal Dept keeps telling me the footage has expired and they are not looking into my allegations of drug use, because it was three weeks ago when I told them about it. Keyona is too busy concealing evidence.
