## Statement

I was drugged, raped & robbed on 3/28/2022-3/29/2022. Ofc Leah Johnson did not take my complaint seriously. Instead she asked me if I was making it up! I was working at the time & told her to leave after her accusation! I told her my pajama pants were inside out when I woke up. I had a difficult time remembering what had happened & I didn't want to believe that I had been raped! I contacted the rape crisis & reported this to them. Another officer from Grand Chute Police Department, arrived to take me to the hospital. DNA was found. The person who raped me was a convicted felon & was on probation at the time! I filed a complaint with Grand Chute Police Department against Johnson, & of course they found no wrongdoing regarding Johnson, although they did say her remark was insensitive! I filed an open records request regarding Johnson. There is audio of Johnson calling the probation agent for the suspect. The conversation was disgusting! Johnson made it sound as if I was lying! Johnson also had a conversation with her supervisor & that conversation was also abhorrent & disgusting! Again, Johnson laughed & made me out to be a liar! Johnson also had a conversation with the officer who eventually made the report, however, it was verbal & there is no record of their conversation! Their conversation should have been documented!
