Costantino barricaded himself in his residence and was arrested and booked. Costantino also threatened suicide and was placed on an involuntary psychological hold pending a mental health evaluation. Costantino has also had restraining orders and past workplace violence complaints filed against him. Prior to his arrest Costantino was fired from Taxicab Authority for false statements and fraud and was reinstated after filing a lawsuit.
