He resigned from ATF on Sept. 25, 2009. The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals stated in the first line of an opinion (vacating a conviction): > "Brandon McFadden was a disgrace to law enforcement. He joined other corrupt officers in fabricating evidence, stealing drugs and money from suspects, and selling drugs."
