## Statement

Sheriff Dave Daniel made false and misleading statements to the press that served no legitimate law enforcement purpose in an attempt to mislead the public and affect criminal court proceedings. Defamation of character, libel, false arrests. Excessive use of force was employed multiple times. No convictions obtained. Statements made before arraignment. No shots fired at maintenance mans head, no barricading of subject, no taser use. No charges filed for resisting arrest. Subject was disabled senior having medical emergency.
