## Statement

I was struck by a vehicle. I walked around the vehicle the driver put her car in reverse and accelerated barely missing me a second time the officer report was terrible no insurance information was exchanged and the driver's witness made these actions ok I guess I was able to file a claim with insurance the my report was worded. All the contact information was incorrect this situation makes afraid that the criminals in this crime are walking around Scott free with even paying anything no charges on compensation of any kind
