## Statement

Officer Armenta issued me a speeding citation on 1/9/2023. During the hearing for said citation he lied under oath, repeatedly. Most egregious example was claiming that there were “business driveways” on an overpass. Officer Armenta could not even determine where in the stretch of a mile that the incident actually occurred. During the traffic stop on 1/9/2023, his actions and behavior served as a clear indicator that something was not honest, including following me for over half a mile less than 1’ from my bumper, and exhibition of threatening body language.
