## Statement

According to media reports, Captain Jeff Odell of the Orlando Police Department (OPD) was sustained on a violation of viewing and distribution of pornography on duty in 2006. Jeff Odell subsequently became employed as a Deputy Chief of the Kissimmee Police Department, despite his previous actions, which appear he as not sanctioned by FDLE for. In 2014, while a Deputy Chief of the Kissimmee Police Department, the media reported that Odell was involved as a Captain at OPD in the "Milk Runs" where high ranking members of OPD would "cruise" downtown Orlando to look for attractive women with large breasts. Despite knowledge of Odell being called in to testify to those activities with the Milk Runs, the City of Kissimmee promoted Odell to the Chief of Police.
