According to Department Records, Brylun Anderson participated in a Use of Force at the Carter County Jail where he displayed a 40 mm bean bag launcher while commanding the offender to sit in a restraint chair. The records received from the department were incomplete, and it is unknown how long the offender was restrained in the restraint chair.
