## Statement

First Assistant District Attorney of District 9 (Logan &amp; Payne Counties) has been arrested after allegedly being caught possessing child pornography.  
Kevin Etherington was arrested on 11/28/2022and charged with one count of aggravated possession of child pornography and one count of violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
