## Statement

Officer did not want to take action against a criminal that had attempted to break into my apartment. Officer did not respond to the second 911 phone call next door regarding the same burglar peeping through the neighbors bathroom window while she was in the bathroom. Officer stated that the burglar was homeless and had mental health issues.
