## Statement

I've already reported this to Sgt Christopher Donatell in September but he has yet to resolve the issue. Deputy Gibson lied under oath as well as tried to create a false narrative to the judge to try and have my parental rights removed. They were not removed and in fact the judge found in my favor as for my concerns.
