The camera was not discovered until November of 2022 as reported [here](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1668041429-2075670572). Court records do not indicate that Burkhalter applied for or was granted a warrant to install any recording device within the secure room reserved for conversations subject to attorney-client privilege.
