## Statement

I was going to trial for my boyfriend's mother who was illegally arrested for a tint violation. Detective KC Laforg lost his case and was mad. After the trial, we were smoking outside the courthouse and LaForg claimed he smelled weed on us. For the record, we only smoke at out house and never take it outside because of stuff like this. Detective LaForg search all of our belongings and found nothing. We told him he could not do that and he told us he can do whatever he wanted since he "smelled" something. Detective LaForg was mad he wasn't able to charge us with another crime.
