Witnesses identified [Gary Dodd](https://giglio-bradylist.com/individual/gary-wayne-%20dodd) as the Johnston County Deputy who participated in the lethal use of force that left Justin Monjay dead in his own driveway. The Tishomingo officers involved in this shooting are Justin Lowe and [Kelly Perkinson](https://giglio-bradylist.com/individual/kelly-%20perkinson).
