kxii.com and Facebook. Officers have been harassing and profiling Timothy L. Minor. The police beat Mr. Minor twice and slandered him on the internet in the last week, then put him in general population after saying he was a pedophile and Mr. Minor was almost beat to death while in custody. He hadn't even been arraigned at the time.
