## Statement

Failed to inform CLEET of the conviction of a former law enforcement officer, Geary Williamson, who plead guilty to sexual battery and is required to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life time. As of 08/14/2022 - CLEET records indicate that his Full Time Peace Officer license #0058291 is still ACTIVE. The publically available CLEET record indicates no history of disciplinary actions taken since the license became active on 1/15/1975.
