"Harboring a Fugitive From Justice" - a FELONY, On or between the 20th day and the 6th day of April 2015, Joe Russell "Willfully and feloniously harbored Sara Bamburg, a person who has been charged and seeking to avoid arrest for the crime of false impersonation of another, as set out in Carter County Case Record [CF-2014-00595](https://www.oscn.net/dockets/GetCaseInformation.aspx?db=carter&number=CF-2014-595). Also Bamburg was charged and seeking to avoid arrest for the crime of knowingly concealing stolen property, as set out in Love County case Record CF-2014-00111.
