Per [Sheriff Dodd's](https://giglio-bradylist.com/individual/gary-wayne-%20dodd) social media post from the Official Johnston County Sheriff Facebook Page in which the subject was referred to as an "Oxygen Thief" by the "Aggravated" Sheriff; an altercation ensued between "the Deputy" and the subject, during which Ty Richeson deployed his JPX pepper gun.
