## Statement

Officer brutally arrested Joshua Mahler on false accusation. Didn't ask him one question just threw hand cuffs on him and stuffed him hard in the cop car as he called him names and shoved him all over. The item in question was found in the dirt when said individual gave us a ride home to get parts. Officer still took him to jail. Even though it was clearly kicked out of vehicle.
