## Statement

Deputy Schanz posted/shared a facebook post on social media that was biased by claiming a persons a felony conviction status can be determined based upon how they wear their pants. On the outside, covering the boot is "not a felon". Pants tucked into the boot are "felon". See attached screen shot.
