## Statement

On 09/10/2021 - James Capp, an Officer with the Tushka Police Department was allegedly intoxicated while on duty. He was arrested by Oklahoma Highway Patrol and later pled No Contest in The District Court of the Choctaw Nation to charges of Actual Physical Control, Carrying a Firearm while under the influence, and Obstructing an Officer.
