## Statement

I was stopped for a traffic violation, upon learning I had a warrant for unpaid seatbelt violation, which I never received, I was under arrest. At the back of my vehicle and on his dash cam, he stole a +$500 benchmade knife from my right hip. My knife was never logged in the report, evidence or my property. Yet myself and the public defender watched the video in which he dropped the knife in his front left pants pocket.
