## Statement

Atty Underwood was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Garvin County, OK by Oklahoma Highway Patrol. She later resigned, after local news authorities confronted DA Craig Ladd with evidence that Underwood was continuing to file cases after her arrest and after Ladd told the media she was suspended. KTEN reporter was unable to obtain a police report from OHP or any detail of the arrest.
