I was never trespassing and if he had the patience to read the previous police reports patiently he would have understood better. He did not try calling me or even approaching me with any kindness in this situation. in his police report he even misconstrued important details. and give me very little voice in this ongoing situation. I have the body cam evidence and also the video of my front door where he pounds on it not accepting that I was already on the phone with dispatch, explaining I would not accept any tickets.
