**Incident A: Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting (June 14, 2026)**

On June 14, 2026, Patrol Sergeant Hunter Foster responded to an alleged shoplifting call at the Walmart Supercenter in Senatobia, Mississippi. During the encounter, officers attempted to intercept a vehicle containing three occupants: two women and a one-year-old child, Kohen Wiley.
