John Clay Anderson was the named Defendant in a [42 U.S.C. 1983](https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/42/1983) federal civil suit arising from his actions during an arrest that took place on or about June 2, 2003. Case 5:05-cv-00429-F in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
