## Statement

Former Oklahoma Pardon & Parole Board member Patricia "Pattye" High (Oklahoma Bar #13414), failed to disclosure her prior working relationship with prosecutor [Connie Smothermon](https://giglio-bradylist.com/individual/connie-%20smothermon) and her former employ under [Bob Macy](https://giglio-bradylist.com/individual/robert-h-%20macy) during the time period the office was prosecuting Glossip.

Her failure to recuse from participation in the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board’s consideration of Richard Glossip’s Petition for Clemency filed on October 10, 2014 created a conflict of interest that deprived Richard Glossip of a fair hearing.
