Kenneth Jermaine Ferrell,* 21-CR-210-JED (N.D. Okla.). In that case, The defense attorney alleged that Cawiezell omitted from a police report that Sean "Sticks" Larkin, a TPD officer, was present during the execution of a search warrant, and the defense claimed that Caweizell and/or Larkin planted a firearm in Ferrell's residence during the search. The criminal charge against Ferrell was ultimately dismissed by the United States Attorney's Office. The Tulsa Police Report authored by [Detective Mike J. Cawiezell](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1678647583-2074625721), under the supervision of Lt. Sean "Sticks" Larkin, reflects "**ALL" (12)** law enforcement personnel who were present at the execution of a search warrant, **with the exception of Lt. Larkin**, who the defendant recognized as being present due to Larkin's previous involvement in a 2005 case against Ferrell. Cawiezell's attempt to omit his compromised supervisor from the police report was short lived when a civilian present at the scene and recorded a short video on their cell phone showing Lt. Larkin searching Ferrell's vehicle. Upon the omission being brought to the attention of the US Attorney's office, it was disclosed by a US Attorney that Lt. Larkin was not only present, but participated in the entry of the home and recovery of evidence. Indicating that the omission of Larkin from the report was intentional, in an effort to avoid disclosure of[ his decade long credibility problem as an "Unindicted Co-conspirator"](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1678497473-1507175293) causing Lt. Larkin to be banned from testifying in Federal Court.
