Additionally, at least 48 people have been freed from prison or had their cases modified due to civil rights violations or potential problems with their cases. Four officers were sentenced to serve time in federal prison after the criminal phase of the corruption probe. Thirty men and women had [convictions vacated](https://exonerations.newkirkcenter.uci.edu/groups/group-exonerations/oklahoma-2009) in Tulsa, Oklahoma due to wide-range police misconduct between 2003 and 2009. Tulsa Police Officers Sean "Sticks" Larkins, Frank Khalil, and Shawn Hickey were **named as "Unindicted Co-conspirators" in a 62 count Federal Indictment** of [Jeff Henderson](https://giglio-bradylist.com/individual/jeff-%20henderson) and [Bill Yelton](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1678495779-7548289).
