At approximately 16:30 hrs on February 7, 2023, Officer Deuley conducted a traffic stop for an allegedly non-operable headlight. The subject of the stop recorded via [Facebook Live](https://www.facebook.com/shaquielle.tuckercarter/videos/572371661593429/). The video shows the subject requesting a supervisor due to officer Deuley's demands that he exit the vehicle after the subject previous complied with giving the officer his license, registration, and insurance documentation. Officer Deuley then opens the door and places the subject under arrest for obstruction for requesting a supervisor and expressing his desire to remain safely in the vehicle.
