## Statement

On or about January 18, 2022, an email was receive by District Attorney Laura Thomas containing complaints that OKDHS Case Worker, Ayanna Strickland, participated in the following acts of misconduct:

1. Failure to report referral of physical abuse to a minor and threats to minors
