Failure to report referrals of sexual abuse to a minor - citing a report from [OCCY](https://oklahoma.gov/occy/commission.html) that would verify the failures happened. 2. Failure to report referral of negligence of a father leaving small children in a vehicle at night 3. Threats made to an obligated reporter of child abuse 4.
