On December 8, 2020, a Federal Indictment was filed under seal in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma naming Latoya Dythe and Devon Jones as Defendants. The indictment was on the following Charges:

1. 18 USC 371 - Conspiracy to make a false statement to a firearms dealer
2. 18 USC 924(a)(1)(A) and 2 - False statement to a firearms dealer

The transaction occurred on or about April 11, 2020.

Latoya Dythe would later [plead guilty to the charges](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1667409681-1942577300) in 2021.
