On or about 1/28/2021 OSBI arrested Tyler Wesley Davis (Assistant Chief of the Hydro Police Department at the time) on multiple child sexual exploitation charges. He was charged with 3 counts first degree rape, 3 counts of rape by instrumentation, 3 counts of distribution of obscene or indecent writings/pictures, 2 counts of forcible sodomy, and 1 count of violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
