Court documents from a claim brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C § 1983 (Civil action for deprivation of rights) out of The Federal District Court for the Eastern District of OKlahoma (case # 15-CV-00130-RAW) indicate that on 04/13/2013, Munholland arrested an incapacitated man. After placing the man in handcuffs, Munholland "struck him causing injuries to his head and face. The violent force of Munholland's blows to [subject] caused severe injuries to Munholland's hand."
The case was closed due to a intent to settle outside of court, notice was filed on 09/01/2015.
