## Statement

A use of force occurred when officer Root, [Carrocia ](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1659739827-413873403)&amp; [Burns](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1659743233-1607416055) physically removed Ms. Paris from the bathroom of a Habitat for Humanity Restore in Tulsa. The use of force left Ms. Paris with a chipped tooth, abrasions to her face, injuries to her finger and leg, and severe psychological distress. EMSA medics confirmed that Paris was suffering from a manic episode.

The attached Petition from the Tulsa County Civil Suit, case # CJ-2022-01434 that was removed to Federal court lists [Ty Burns](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1659743233-1607416055) as a Defendant, along with Daylan Root, and [Ronni Carrocia. ](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1659739827-413873403)
