## Statement

In a written report, Chasity Musser said the most serious incident happened around September 1, 2018. "Chasity stated that on that date, Allen and her had been in an argument and that during the argument Allen grabbed her by the neck and had pinned her against the wall in their bathroom, choking and holding her there while yelling at her," the report said. Photos provided by the complainant showed red marks to her throat. Chasity Musser told investigators that when she tried to leave their home, Roy Musser took out his service weapon and "pointed the police gun to his own head ... threatening to shoot himself if she left."
