## Statement

On 04/26/2019 Officers Chad Allen and [Billy Jenkins ](https://giglio-bradylist.com/citizen-report-no-1658768556-1150410719)of Hugo Police Department were involved in a lethal use of force that resulted in injuries to three children whom the officers were unaware of being in the vehicle they were shooting at. The City of Hugo later settled with the family for the injuries sustained by the children.
